| Attendance | A total number of 29 participants including members and guests attended the Meeting. | ||
| President's Report | On behalf of the Alumni, the President welcomed the special guest, Mr. Stephen Ching from the Ontario Chapter. He then gave an account on the various activities organized by the Committee since the last AGM. The new President gave an outlook of his future plan for the Alumni. He welcomed suggestions to increase members' participation in the various activities organized by the new Committee. | ||
| Treasurer's Report | The Treasurer reported on the current financial situation of the Alumni. | ||
| New Directors 2009-2011 | The following Committee Directors were elected by the General Meeting: Simon Lo, Eddie Cheung, Tim Loo, David Wan, James Yu, Victor Ng, Carl Leung, Anthony Tse | ||
| First Committee Meeting | The newly appointed Directors held its 1St Committee Meeting and the following officers were elected:

| Activity Announcement | Past President Lapyan Cheng had kindly organized a visit to his workplace, the Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) on July, 12, 2009. He gave members a brief introduction of the work of the BNL and the proposed visit. After the tour, he and his wife, Rowena would host a BBQ dinner party for all participants. | ||
| Dinner | As there was no other business, the AGM was adjourned at 8.00 p.m. The dinner then followed. | ||
